Cumberland & Dumfriesshire Farmers Mart PLC held their Sale of Dairy cattle and young Calves at their monthly sale in Dumfries on Monday 12th January 2009.

A small show forward but no shortage of buyers and trade was very dear.

Top price of £2100 paid for a fresh Calved Holstein Friesian Heifer Currently giving 40Kg +, she was purchased by A & A Paul, Greigsland, Johnstone Bridge.
