C&D Auctions held their weekly sale of prime sheep in Dumfries on Wednesday 28th August 2024.

Prime Lambs eased on the week as with the national trend. Selling to £172 from M Hunt Bushcroft and to 335p/kg from Copewood Farm, Dalton.

64 Lambs (32.1-39kg) averaged 299.25p/kg topped 335p/kg from Copewood Farm, Dalton
