Longtown Store & Breeding Sheep Sale Reports

C & D Auction Marts held their weekly sale of Breeding sheep, Store hoggs and Feeding sheep at Longtown on Tuesday 29th April 2025.

Ewe and lambs – numbers come out in force with vendors taking advantage of the blistering trade. Topping the day was a fantastic Texel shearling with a Ewe lamb at foot making £185 from Beard, Dormansteads this fantastic run of ewes and lambs went on the average a tremendous £159. Mule ewes with lambs at foot top at £125 for a pen from K E White & Partners, Morwood Farm.
